Biography

Leading groups climbing the Great Wall of China, exploring ancient ruins of Greece and Turkey, being welcomed into farm homes of Norway, walking the castle walls in Dubrovnik, and navigating the rooms of The Hermitage in St Petersburg are just a few adventures as a shore excursion staff aboard a luxury cruise line that catapulted Terrie into a career in meetings and travel incentives. Coming to ADI in 2017 to manage operational excellence for our client travel incentives and meetings, Terrie’s role as Vice President of Operations was a natural fit. Creativity in program content and events, logistical oversight in project management, and meticulous regard for program objectives and budgets are her overriding abilities with each client project. Empowering the team to learn, experience, and grow and being rewarded by client program success is what she deems her greatest achievements. You will likely find Terrie teeing it up on the golf course on weekends and holidays.
